We make rollers for flexographic and gravure printing presses. We also make rollers for other industrial applications. We specialize in: rubber roll cores, anilox rolls, plate cylinders, air mandrels, chrome rolls, squeegee rolls, Idler rolls and cooling/heating rolls.

CNC, Manual lathes, Balancing And Precision Grinding

We use a variety of CNC and manual machines to produce precision parts. This includes dynamic balancing and grinding capable of handling tolerances to .0005" We produce rolls with up to a 20" diameter and 155" overall length.

Crating

We build custom wood crates for the rolls we produce. We also offer export crates or "bug stamp" crates for any international shipments. We offer custom built crates for any need you may have. If you need a crate only, we can send you a quote on any custom crate you may need.
